The Market is excited to offer a hands-on Canning Class led by two members of the Clemson Extension. During this three-hour class, participants will learn two safe and effective methods of home canning: pressure canning and water bath canning.
Guests are encouraged to bring a partner as you will be working hands-on throughout the class. By the end of the session, you will leave with the knowledge and confidence to begin canning at home, along with two canned goods to take with you.
The class will take place May 16 and the cost is $60 per person.
