10 pounds of savory & slow cooker cuts (Short Ribs, Roasts, Skirt and/or flank steak, and a variety of cubed steak, fajita strips, stew beef)

T.E. Market beef is locally produced and processed here in Anderson, South Carolina. They are processed by Back 40 Butchery and provide us with a selection of specialty cuts to offer to you. We range from chuck roast to ribeye and everything in between.
